As part of their continued growth and success, The Money Advice Group are seeking Full Time Sales Agents to join The First Target Recovery (FTR) business. FTR are a fast growing business who are soon to become one of the UK’s leading reclaim companies on the market. FTR are certificated by BSI to the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System standard. The role of a FTR Sales Agent is to maximise the number of sales packs returned by clients interested in making a claim for miss sold insurance. The role will involve outbound and inbound calls, using questioning skills to establish if the client has a claim and completing relevant paper work correctly. There are NO aspects of cold calling within this role. You will work towards targets set by the department and offer best practice advice whilst ensuring that the claims are maximised. You will work to targets based on accuracy and quality ensuring that customers receive an excellent level of service. You must be courteous and professional and be an ambassador of the business. ​As a FTR Customer Service Agent, you will: take inbound calls from creditors and clients and accurately record all information maintain excellent relationships with all parties involved and offer fantastic customer service at all times deal with post received from lenders and action claims to ensure they are progressed to the next level  communicate information to clients on the progress of their claims resolve any issues and update the management team deal effectively with any claims escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Services comply with and be up to date with all aspects of compliance
