As part of their continued growth and success, The Money Advice Group are seeking Full Time Sales Agents to join The First Target Recovery (FTR) business. FTR are a fast growing business who are soon to become one of the UK’s leading reclaim companies on the market. FTR are certificated by BSI to the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System standard. The role of a FTR Sales Agent is to maximise the number of sales packs returned by clients interested in making a claim for miss sold insurance. The role will involve outbound and inbound calls, using questioning skills to establish if the client has a claim and completing relevant paper work correctly. There are NO aspects of cold calling within this role. You will work towards targets set by the department and offer best practice advice whilst ensuring that the claims are maximised. As well as being a key point of contact for the customer, you will identify opportunities to up-sell additional products and services to potential clients.   ​As a FTR Sales Agent, you will: Establish if customers are eligible to make a claim for mis-sold PPI Deliver a professional and timely service Identify sales opportunties Ensure that the call guidelines are adhered to in line with required quality checks
