As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be working on behalf of the well known telecoms provider, O2, talking to customers and maximising opportunities to showcase their products and services.
Excellent customer service is key to this role, which means you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time.
Based in their buzzing call centre in Altrincham, you will be required to deal with both existing and new customers:
But don't worry about being thrown in a the deep end, before you start your new job, you will spend 5 weeks training in a classroom to give you the tools and confidence to hit the ground running.
And you won't be alone - you will be placed in a team of new starters so you can learn together and you will have help and support on hand at all times.
For this role, we are looking for outgoing, confident, target driven, money motivated people with excellent communication skills.
To succeed you must genuinely want to work in a call centre, and be keen to learn and develop yourself.
