Working on behalf of RAC, one of the largest providers of motoring solutions, you will be working as an Outbound Membership Advisor.
You will be responsible for:
Excellent customer service is key to this role, which means you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time.
But don't worry about being thrown in a the deep end, before you start your new job, you will spend 5 weeks training in a classroom to give you the tools and confidence to hit the ground running.
And you won't be alone - you will be placed in a team of new starters so you can learn together and you will have help and support on hand at all times.
For the Memberships Advisor role, we are looking for outgoing, confident, target driven, money motivated people with excellent communication skills.
To succeed in this role you must genuinely want to work in a call centre, and be keen to learn and develop yourself.
You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
